Service Description

Take advantage of this opportunity to understand how your nutrition ensures your success! You're putting the hard work in at the gym. Don't lose all those gains by not having your nutrition in line with your goals. Both weight loss and muscle building are 80% diet and 20% of what we do in the gym! Why is nutrition important when working out? We must give our bodies the energy it needs to do the job we want — especially if you are trying to lose weight and create a physique transformation. Skimping on nutrition or indulging in poor quality food choices, can reduce muscle mass, lower bone density and cause fatigue. This puts you at risk of injury and illness, increases recovery time, causes hormonal problems, and, for women, menstrual issues. Make sure your diet plan supplies enough nutrient-dense calories so you can exercise, hit your goals, and stay injury-free and healthy.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 12 hours of booking. Cancellation Policy All cancellations/rescheduling must be received at least 12 hours before your training session in order to avoid being charged for your session. Clients who do not cancel with 12 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session. We understand that sometimes "life happens" and you have to cancel an appointment. As our clients, we hope that you understand our schedules at MuscleBound are very tight. We feel that we have a very fair cancellation policy that allows the client to give proper notice and not be penalised for the cancellation. We provide every client with one free short-notice cancellation. You will not forfeit a session for your first cancellation with less than 12 hours notice. Subsequent short-notice cancellations will incur the forfeit of the session. The free short-notice cancellation only applies if you notify us prior to the session start time. No shows are not eligible for the free cancellation. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please call or text: 07308 979120 PERSONAL TRAINING TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. Personal training sessions that are not rescheduled or canceled 12 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session. 2. Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time unless other arrangements have been previously made with the trainer. 3. The expiration policy requires the completion of all personal training sessions within the allotted time per subscription from the date of the contract. Personal training sessions are void after this time period. 4. No personal training refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions.
