Protein brownies are a delicious and nutritious treat that combines the rich, fudgy texture of traditional brownies with the added benefits of protein. A great option for those looking to indulge in a sweet treat without derailing their fitness or nutrition goals. Plus, the protein content can help keep you feeling full and satisfied for longer periods of time.

Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops CHOCOLATE PROTEIN POWDER

  • 2 TBSP CACAO POWDER (or cocoa powder)

  • 1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER

  • 4 TBSP OAT FLOUR

  • 2 TBSP ALMOND FLOUR

  • 4 TBSP EGG WHITES

  • 1/2 CUP PLAIN GREEK YOGURT (FAGE)

  • 30 GRAMS STEVIA

  • 80 GRAMS DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS

  • 1 EGG

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. 

Mix together dry ingredients. 

Add wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated. 

Pour into a parchment lined square pan (you can spray with non-stick spray) and bake about 10-15 minutes in a 180 degree celsius or oven until knife comes out almost dry (reduce or increase cooking time depending on how moist or dry you like your brownies!)
