Ingredients
2 Scoops CHOCOLATE PROTEIN POWDER
2 TBSP CACAO POWDER (or cocoa powder)
1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
4 TBSP OAT FLOUR
2 TBSP ALMOND FLOUR
4 TBSP EGG WHITES
1/2 CUP PLAIN GREEK YOGURT (FAGE)
30 GRAMS STEVIA
80 GRAMS DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS
1 EGG
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.Â
Mix together dry ingredients.Â
Add wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.Â
Pour into a parchment lined square pan (you can spray with non-stick spray) and bake about 10-15Â minutes in a 180 degree celsius or oven until knife comes out almost dry (reduce or increase cooking time depending on how moist or dry you like your brownies!)
