500 grams CHICKEN BREAST, CHOPPED INTO CHUNKS
4 TBSPÂ DIJON MUSTARD
2 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
2 TBSP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
1/2 TBSP LEMON JUICE
Preparation
Make marinade: mix together garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and dijon mustard.Â
Pour into glass dish, add chicken and stir to coat every piece.Â
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to overnight.
Bake in a 200 degree oven for 30 minutes or until done.
Serve on top of cooked veg or grain.
