Protein Brownies!

Per Serving 188 Calories

14g Carbs, 9g Fat, 14g Protein

  • 2 Scoops CHOCOLATE PROTEIN POWDER

  • 2 TBSP CACAO POWDER (or cocoa powder)

  • 1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER

  • 4 TBSP OAT FLOUR

  • 2 TBSP ALMOND FLOUR

  • 4 TBSP EGG WHITES

  • 1/2 CUP PLAIN GREEK YOGURT (FAGE)

  • 30 GRAMS STEVIA

  • 80 GRAMS DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS

  • 1 EGG

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.  Mix together dry ingredients.  Add wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated. Pour into a parchment lined square pan (you can spray with non-stick spray) and bake about 10-15 minutes in a 180 degree celsius or oven until knife comes out almost dry (but not too dry if you like a moist brownie!)

  • 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT

  • 1/2 TSP MIXED SPICE

  • 1 1/2 TSP CINNAMON

  • 1 TBSP HONEY

  • 400 grams FROZEN MIXED BERRIES

Add all ingredients together in a saucepan.  Cook on medium-low heat until cooked down to a soft jam/sauce consistency (will take about 15 or so minutes).  Enjoy this healthy antioxidant rich treat on top of yogurt, oatmeal, cottage cheese, and even wholemeal toast!
