2 Scoops CHOCOLATE PROTEIN POWDER
2 TBSP CACAO POWDER (or cocoa powder)
1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
4 TBSP OAT FLOUR
2 TBSP ALMOND FLOUR
4 TBSP EGG WHITES
1/2 CUP PLAIN GREEK YOGURT (FAGE)
30 GRAMS STEVIA
80 GRAMS DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Mix together dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated. Pour into a parchment lined square pan (you can spray with non-stick spray) and bake about 10-15 minutes in a 180 degree celsius or oven until knife comes out almost dry (but not too dry if you like a moist brownie!)

Add all ingredients together in a saucepan. Cook on medium-low heat until cooked down to a soft jam/sauce consistency (will take about 15 or so minutes). Enjoy this healthy antioxidant rich treat on top of yogurt, oatmeal, cottage cheese, and even wholemeal toast!
